Pumpkin Pie
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups canned Pumpkin Pie
1 2/3 Cups Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups canned Pumpkin Pie
1 2/3 Cups Evaporated Milk
Procedure:
Blend sugar, spices and salt.
Add eggs, pumpkin and milk.
Mix well and pour into pie shell.
Bake about 60 minutes at 350 F. or until the pie is "set."
Check the pie after 40 minutes. Refrigerate when cool.
